His operational and technology expertise includes but is not limited to; AI integrations, biometrics, custom software development, software implementations, deployment and management of data centers, advanced data-driven business optimization processes, complex technology integrations, software engineering, business operations, online and physical security protocols, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, systems management, and product development.
His diverse B2B industry experience ranges from being a key player for a global telecommunications giant to leading operations for small technology start-ups with expertise in both commercial industries and US defense contractors. Prior to founding his business operations and technology consulting practice, 351Consulting, Chuck held executive and senior management positions at The Fuel Management Group, Biometric Signature ID, Nomad Group, Merrill Corporation, Zantaz, Inc., Zambeel, Inc., Verizon Wireless, Lockheed Martin, and Chromally Aerospace Technologies.
Dr. Chuck Rider graduated from LeTourneau University in Longview, TX in 1981, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science. In 1994, he earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from National Technology University in Fort Collins, CO with cum laude honors. In 2004, Chuck earned his PhD, Doctor of Business Administration and Operations Management from Rochville University in Sarasota, FL with summa cum laude honors.
