Meet Dr. Chuck Rider
Over the course of my career, I've prided myself as a true problem-solver.
No matter the size of the company or the industry, I've honed the skills needed to see the big picture and lean into the best technologies to enhance, streamline, and automate complex business operations processes.
I've had the opportunity to work with some extremely talented people who taught me how to approach business operations and technology integrations with objectivity and creativity to solve the most daunting business problems.
I've also worked in business environments that exposed "what not to do" and gained powerful wisdom, insights, and lessons learned to help my clients avoid costly mistakes and pitfalls.
At the end of the day, I love to "get under the hood" of a business to identify what's working well and what isn't, and implement the right solutions to improve performance, productivity, and profitability for the business.
VALUE STATEMENT
My commitment to each and every client is to provide top-quality business operations and technology consulting expertise with integrity, honesty, and value; treating all clients with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Why the name "351Consulting"?
I named my business operations and technology consulting practice 351Consulting to pay homage to my love of fast cars, my "hotrod roots" around Fords, specifically vintage Mustangs. The 351 engine is the largest small block engine that Ford made. It's easy to work on and can produce over 500 hp. It's an impressive piece of machinery.
Even though fast American classic cars and business technology are wildly different beasts, I see a parallel in the proper use of technology to unlock maximum operational efficiency, where all systems work together seamlessly to achieve the optimal performance.
